14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it – unused, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging, where such packaging is necessary for the specific item. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with information on how and where to return the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@martlet.lt so that we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for the Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to certain items. These may include, for example, perishable goods, items made to special order or clearly personalised items, as well as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the item you currently have and placing a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods online within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

If you decide to exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Upon receiving your notification of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received under the order, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree on an alternative method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The direct costs of returning the item shall be borne by the Buyer, except where applicable law requires the Seller to cover these costs.
